Sorry… couldn’t resist. Still, I gotta say that I continue to be impressed with the progress of the house; it looks fantastic, especially given what you started with. If Amanda and I actually had degrees and real jobs, then I might even seriously considering taking it off your hands … with a modest friend discount, of course!
Seriously, though, I’m going to miss you when you go.
